Price

  • The prices in the web shop are listed in CHF including VAT. The price includes the costs of packaging and shipping.
  • The following applies to all our prices: Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.

The customer agrees that VERSUIT GmbH may grant any third parties involved in credit checks and the collection of the purchase price (in particular the credit agency CRIF AG, Zurich, or any affiliated company) access at any time to their personal data arising from the business relationship, including all payment experiences from the order process. The customer has the right to revoke the above consent at any time in writing.

Powerpay - For CH - Purchase on account

Purchase on account with installment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY is an external payment service provider offering the payment method "purchase on account." With individual invoicing, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY in addition to our terms and conditions. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

Orders

  • After receipt of the order, the goods are normally shipped within a maximum of 1 business day. If further delays occur, the customer is required to contact us.
  • 30-day return policy, even after opening.

Shipping

  • Your goods will be shipped via Swiss Post (Switzerland) or Hermes (European Union).
  • Shipping information such as delivery times and stock availability is subject to error.
  • Shipping is available throughout the EU.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before delivery.

Defects / Exchanges

  • Complaints must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. For justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (return, price reduction, replacement).
  • Exchanges/returns are possible in case of defects, incorrect delivery, or damaged goods.
